Hello There ♡

My path has always been rooted in healing and connection. While serving as the Director of MDI High School's Infant Toddler Program, I felt a calling to support families in a deeper way so I became a Doula. That journey led into my work as a Massage Therapist, where I continue helping others through life's natural ebbs and flows.

I've always said I want to live life like I still have a Girl Scout sash… collecting patches along the way, each one representing a new experience, lesson and adventure. I have settled on the coast of Maine but that hasn’t stoped me from following kismet to 6 different countries and across 23 states (so far). Each person I meet and work with reminds me of how were all connected through that the little red thread.

As an outdoor enthusiast and avid traveler, I find inspiration in national parks, quiet coastal landscapes, and the beauty of everyday moments. Film photography has been a constant companion throughout my life allowing me to document both big milestones and little moments. My photography blends a passion for travel with the peaceful rhythm of coastal Maine living.

Through both photography and massage therapy, I hope to share the patches I have collected which have shaped my journey thus far with you. Capturing life's good feelings in photographs and helping release the not so good ones through healing touch. My goal is simple; to create space for connection, celebration and transformation.
